Richard G. Kenison, 63, of Sokokis Circle, (Topsham), died Sept. 9 at Mid Coast Hospital, Brunswick, after a courageous 30 year battle with sarcoidosis. He was born in Boston; earned a BA in Music from Colby, a BA in Music Education from Boston Univ., and a MA in Music Education from Vander-Cook College of Music, Chicago. Married Robin Everitt in Bath on August 26,1989 and had a son Matthew in Dec. 1998. He taught in the music program in Topsham from 1984-1999. Previously he was the instrumental music director in PI from 1962-1984. He is survived by his wife of Topsham and three sons: Paul of Orono, Scott of Poland, and Matthew of Topsham; also a brother, five grandchildren, and countless music students. A funeral will be held 3:30 PM Friday at the Mid Coast Presbyterian Church, 84 Main St. Topsham. Memorial contributions may be made to Mt.
